At Jump, we stand by the quality of our tech; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your electronics in their original condition within 30 days. We aim to make the process as seamless as possible so you can get back to your digital life.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Jump account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack the Electronics

  Securely place the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
