Return Process

    Log into your Jump account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Pack the Electronics

    Securely place the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Attach Shipping Label

    Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Track

    Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
